Delivery Information

You will appreciate courier costs can be expensive but we are pleased to have managed to keep our delivery costs as low as possible. Our delivery charge is currently a flat fee of just £2.95 plus vat. In most cases delivery is by courier  and the goods MUST be signed for. We may choose to ship your order by Royal Mail First Class signed-for service if we feel this is more appropriate.

This includes delivery to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Delivery to the Scottish Islands is included though delivery times will be slightly longer. We are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, freight forwarding companies or anywhere outside the UK.

In the case of 98% of orders standard delivery is NEXT DAY WORKING DAY for items which are in stock and which are ordered before the cut off time of 5:00 PM (4:00 PM on Fridays)

• Order Saturday, Sunday or Monday before 5:00 PM to expect delivery Tuesday
  
• Order Tuesday before 5:00 PM to expect delivery Wednesday
  
• Order Wednesday before 5:00 PM to expect delivery Thursday
  
• Order Thursday before 5:00 PM to expect delivery Friday
  
• Order Friday before 4:00 PM to expect delivery Monday
  
• Orders placed on Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day
